Ami manages his business as a talent management advisor, industry commentator, trainer and biz dev guy from his office in West Palm Beach, Florida. Ami draws on ten years and more in leadership roles for search and recruitment process outsourcing firms to help others improve and leverage their recruitment and related functions. Ami has managed events like the Recruiting Roadshow and his BROWN BAG RECRUITER program and sees his involvement in SourceCon 2008 as part of his mission to connect good people with good things.
